The Bidding Phase (Pre-Award): JE HURLEY Company (JEH) strengthens your technical evaluation by having three of the six set aside goals required by the federal government. Post-Award (Subcontracting Plan, Submittals, Close-Out): Depending on the size of the procurement the General Contractor is required to provide the government quarterly updates on the status of the individually required set aside goals. JEH has extensive experience with completing the necessary paperwork needed to ensure proper documentation is provided to the prime contractor for submission to the government.
